My euro collection consists of a set from the first year of issue, as well as some 2 Euro commemoratives I bought from Twoshadows.  I'm sure glad I didn't start out with the idea of collecting them all!!

That would be 'Mission Impossible'.

My collection of bi-metallics, would still need many hundreds of coins to be complete.

I have pretty much narrowed my Euro search into two classifications (well three) as I (1) purchase a full set of coins from each Euro nation (1 cent thru $2) and (2) target the circulating $2 commemoratives and (3) seek out any and all silver euros I can squeeze into my budget. Needless to say 2007 was NOT a good Euro year due to job loss but still have hopes of getting my annual silver German issues.

 Cheesy

Dear Twoshades:
I have completed the sets of 12 Euro Country coins
from 1-cent to 2-Euros in Euro Album
I have complete Sets of all 10 Euro German coins.   They are wonderful.   The edge lettering is done without errors.
Please remember the 'errors' made by the new Presidential Dollars by the U.S.Mint.    U.S.Mint has to learn a lot from German Mint in 'Edge Lettering"
Sincerely
George

Hi guys,
probably I'm facilitate to be in one of euro countries, anyway I have a 99% full euro collection (1ct to 2 euro, 2 euro CC included, silver and gold excluded) from first minted year 1999 up to 2007 including 3 small countries, all German all mint marks and Greece 2002 foreign mint marks and 2008 2 new countries.
Up to now I'm only missing, 2002 Vatican city set and 2007 Monaco 2 euro CC, they are both quite expensive.
Anyway, everybody interested in some euro coins, give me a touch since I have also several UNC and CIRC euro coins.

Bye, Antonio.

I've got some 2 Euro commemoratives on the way from Germany at the moment, but I'd be looking to fill in the rest of them after that, so I will probably take you up on that offer.  Thanks!

I had the 2002 Vatican City sets, both mint and proof, and the amount of money offered for those sets, at the time, was unbelievable. I enjoyed them and promptly sold them as they reached such a point I would have been a very die hard Vatican collector to keep them. The money was then put into other coins I was more interested in owning. I do have the 2002 silver commemorative tribute to Woman which is a very beautiful Vatican City commemorative still in my holdings.

I also have all the German silver commemorative from 2002 through 2006 and waiting for the 2007s to arrive. Have a great connection in Europe taking care of me with the German commems!
