Today, Governor of Eesti Pank ANDRES LIPSTOK presented a silver collector coin with nominal value 10 kroons dedicated to the XXI Winter Olympic Games held in Vancouver. .
One side of the silver coin depicts a dynamic stylised image of racing cross-country skiers, the nominal value "10 KROONI", the logo of the Estonian Olympic Committee, and the figure XXI. The other side depicts the coat of arms of the Republic of Estonia, the year 2010, and the text "EESTI VABARIIK". The mintage of the collector coins is 10,000 and they were made by Mint of Finland.

I have been in touch with Topher concerning a few Canadian 2010 Vancouver Olympic $1 Lucky Loonies. I always try to pick up the Canadian Lucky Loonies (hooked now) for each winter Olympics and I was surprised the Loonie does not have a Loon on it this time around. Canada used the stone symbol for man that the Native Canadians build. I did know all the particulars (proper names and spelling) but as you can see the Olympics are over and so are the brain cells that went with them! None the less when they arrive I will be placing a few in the KOTCT Store if anyone is interested.   Cheesy

It's called an Inukshuk, and is used by the Inuit people.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inukshuk

I've got duplicates of ALL of the olympic coinage, with the exception of the Ice Sledge hockey which is due out on the 18th or March.  I'll be happy to fill in anyone's collections, as I've got lots of holes in my collections to fill.

For the variety collectors, there is already a variety of the colourized Men's Hockey quarter out there that fetches a small premium.  Just search ebay for the "raised 2" variety for pics.
