I had high hopes of these two but the problem with buying coins from outside the USA is that every now and again customs will "inspect" the package and for some reason a visual inspection is never enough someone has to remove the coins from their holders and handle them. this is the second time this has happened to me. Anyway here they be in all their remaining glory.

Very nice nohope587.

Did you get them thru a dealer or thru eBay.

My brother in the UK picked them up for me. They were pristine when he shipped them. He bought them from a dealer I use all the time in Bath UK.

Why do you not try in a hurry a bath of pure acetone at room temperature followed by a disstilled water wash and a cold hairdryer blowing ?
This is guaranteed to make nothing worse and if the prints are fresch enough they will disappear

Beautiful coins!!

We were in Bath a couple summers ago.  Wish I had known about the coin dealer.
