Triggersmob was kind enough to send me one.

It now rests on a bookshelf in my office for all to see.

Very nice. How many U.S. dollars would one of those cost me?  ;)

They cost AUD$45 or US$33.68
The uncirculated version cost AUD$3 or US$2.46

Nighthawk.
This was the last one at my post office.
You can buy direct from the R.A.M. or I can try other post offices for you.
Let me know what you want to do.

Steve, if you have the time, and don't go out of your way, can you try to get me an Unc and send it to me? Let me know what you're looking for in trade, and maybe we can work something out. But if you can't get one, I understand. Thanks.  :)

Nighthawk, I can send you one with a few other bits and pieces that I've been getting together for you. Hoping you are still interested in further trades for world notes. Have been having to make a few interstate trips lately to help out some family members. One more trip down to Melbourne next week, then, hopefully things back to normal for a while and will finally start getting myself organized again!

OK, I'll leave it with you then, Anna.

If you have trouble finding one, let me know and I'll see what I can find.

Hope that's OK with you too, Nighthawk.

Yes Anna, that's fine with me. Yes, I am still very interested in trading with you! Have lots of paper money to trade! And Steve, I am going to send a package to Kelsey here hopefully next week. I've been a little slow getting down to the post office. I put coins & paper money in the package for her. I hope she likes it!  :)

I really like the Australian Dollars.

I plan to save up and buy a folder or album for them, and start collecting them.

My grandpa has gotten me started by giving me a couple of his duplicates.

The 60 Years Of Australian Citizenship $1.00 is a coin.

The last production of Australian $1 paper notes was in 1982 (I think) and they were replaced in 1984 with the $1 coin.
