Title: Fifty Cent Pieces Information Needed Post by: CoinCrusader42 on March 16, 2009, 01:08:55 PM I was going through my Australian Fifty Cent coins this evening, making sure my Dansco Album is complete as possible.
I would guess I'm missing some coins, but not sure which ones. I have loaned out my Austraian coin books, so can't help myself. Here's what I have in the album: 1966 though 2002 Outback (Complete) 2003 Volunteers 2004 Koala Reverse 2004 Normal Reverse 2005 World War II 2005 Melbourne Games 2006 Normal Reverse 2007 Normal Reverse 2008 Normal Reverse Can anyone tell me what I'm missing. And, would anybody want to trade for what I'm missing, or sell the coins I need? There might also be a 1966 Double Bar. What about the wide date 1994? (Again not that uncommon) Then there is the 1970 Captain Cook Date variation. (Haven't particularly looked for this one, so I can't say how common. I simply keep all my Captain Cooks. 1979 and 1980 Double Bar - common, get plenty spares, all well circulated though 1970 Captain Cook leaning 7 Date variation.
