Got a Canadian cent the other day. We don't get those that often around here. Have found plenty of 1940's U.S. nickels since last time I checked this topic as well.

I actually have alot of them. Many of them brought homw by my parents when they've been in Canada twice in the last couple years. If I ever need more though, I'll remember you. Thanks.

I get Canadian coins all the time, they are actually a nuisance unless they are GVI cents etc.

I have really been getting Bermuda money in change lately.  I would guess somebody went on vacation there, brought back a lot of coins, and then decided to spend them.

2003 Five Cents   AU  Fish on reverse.

U.S. Nickel size, easy to pass off.

Walking up the hill yesterday from my house to my grandparents' house, I found a new penny.  It is a 1992 date and was made in Denver.

We have those Fund raising chocolate boxes at work.  During my nightly patrols, I dump the mioney of the envelopes and search for oddities, replacing waht I keep with their equivalent.
Last night I found a 1998 'C' Howard Florey $1, still in wonderful condition.

Went to the fruit and veg shop today and noticed a couple of coins sitting on the till.
On closer inspection I could see they were foreign. I offered to buy them, if no one else was
wanting them, but the cashier checked with the boss and then gave them to me.
Obviously been passed off as a 20c and 5c pieces.

Spanish 25 Pesetas and Thai 1 Baht.
