I like that idea myself.  A memorial medallion.

Yes, but it sounds very silly to name our Castle Chat.  And every castle MUST have le Chat!

Chateau le Chat.

I'm not that worried about the difference, I figure it can help with the shipping costs and paypal fees.
21  KOTCT Global Projects / 2009 Medallion Quest / Re: 2009 Medallion orders placed so far: on: February 14, 2010, 09:40:13 PM
After doing some checking it is apparent I failed to mention shipping charges this year. Let's just go with $5.00 and hope all works out. That will cover shipping in the U.S. if we go first class mail and the extra accumulated from U.S. members should help cover extra costs for over seas shipments.

When I paid via PayPal last night, the thing charged me $25 for shipping.  Is that normal, or was that just to cover the costs of PayPal's fees?
22  KOTCT Global Projects / KOTCT STORE / Re: KOTCT Worldwide Dollars and Bullion listed here. on: February 02, 2010, 08:17:35 AM
I haven't looked at it under a glass yet, no- but I'm pretty sure I know what it is already Cheesy  I can't believe they got all of that on a tiny little piece of wood... but it's amazin'!

Pfft, that isn't a patch on my collection of them!  Smiley I must have fifty different ones, nearly all of them one year types. I'm just too lazy to post them all in this thread.  >.>

lol.  The one between the dragon's paws, not THAT one.

I read way too much fantasy. I've never known a dragon to keep his treasures locked in a chest.. or have a treasure that actually fit into a treasure chest.  But this is me!  Let's get the other  members to weigh in on it.

Oooh, I love it!  Dragons, Lady Knight, perfect!

The chest ought to be open though, spilling those beloved COINS out for all to see. Wink  Just a thought!

GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR PIES............BY THE WAY.....WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE?

Mince and onion, with just a touch of tomato sauce! mmmmm...

Although I am quite fond of those little fried fruit pies, too.

Nice coin, but I do think the kitty has been chasing parked cars!

You should see MY kitty!

This handsome tiger is the latest collection to my kitty zoo.  He's a 100 baht from Thailand, commemorating the WWF conservation efforts in Thailand.  It's a proof coin, .4461 silver.

Only problem is, I've run out of slots in my Kitty book!  I'm going to have to upgrade to a binder that I can add sheets to.
