There's an awful lot of coins out there still.

I do not collect these but they look fantastic.
I have a couple of silver pieces but not a lot. I only buy the ones that catch my eye.

I have the square Kookaburras, well quite actually, I am only one coin shy of having two sets. I love SQUARE coins, and for some reason or another, have an attraction to 1/2 ounce coins which is odd as, for the most part, they cost way to much compared to the ounce coins? I guess the rarity of the 1/2 ouncers is in my favor, or at least I feel so in my mind? Canada did the 1/2 Wolf in 2006 and decided, even though they were successful, it did not quite meet their expectations so they halted the program thus creating a ONE YEAR issue. Try and buy one of them now for 1/2 prices! And, as you know, the 2008 silver Koala is being released in both one ounce and half ounce and MINE are on the way at this time. Can't wait to get my paws on those!
I don't have a clue what the square Kookaburras are worth now but I would think ending the program should have drove prices up a bit?

I have a good number of Kookaburras and like them very much. Wish I had a square one, but as of yet I do not.
