yesterday, I wanted to buy silver ounces in canada, but found nothing below 23$ 
Is it normal, that these are so expensive over there?
At the moment I would pay 13-14€ a ounce in germany
May I should sell them over there  ?!

Think so, because it has the mintmark on it, and it's the same maple leaf design as on the vancouver maple leaf.

The problem is, I only found it at one store, which is non for the fact that all products cost the double of the normal price. So this coin cost 90€ in that store, and I can't find it somewhere else.

Hi,
today I red in a german coinpaper, that the mint is minting a special Maple Leaf, honoring 20years of silver maple leafs. This coin has the old obverse, and a new gold maple leaf on it. It comes with a speical box and certificate.
Does anyone know this coin? I can't find it, not at the mint shop, not a coindealer
