Belgium is considering to abolish the 1 and 2 cent coins but they got their usual problems between Flanders Brussels and Wallonia so they have no time for anything other then government survival
Yesterday Flanders was condemned by a european commission of experts for refusing to accept 3 frenchspeaking mayors in flemish towns
They quoted something like the local authority guideline and refused to take into account flemish language laws .
