Here in the USA, I think we call that a "fencing operation".
Here's a story:
Years ago when I was more naive, I tried to buy a used Tag Heuer watch on eBay.
I made a bid, and shortly thereafter I discovered the watch was an Asian knockoff (obvious by small details).
I declined to pay, citing a forgery, and the seller actually threatened legal action.
So I took some legal action of my own, now armed with better knowledge of these watches.
I copied down all the seller's fake watch auction #s--and any others I found--and faxed them to Tag Heuer's legal counsel.
That made a big dent on eBay for a while--and it just took a few hours of my time.
Why can't eBay do the same?
