Wow. Very nice. What is the significance of the mountain lion on this coin?

I'll have to post a few of my ancients when I get some time. I don't have anything special. But I kinda like the ancients.

I figured they would show up. But it is a big relief to hear confirmation that they arrived.
6  KOTCT Global Projects / 2010 Medallion Quest / Maybe we should start coming up with ideas for the 2010 Medallion? on: June 30, 2010, 01:50:23 PM
Just a thought. It might be a good idea to get the ball rolling early this time.

Very nice. My parents were in Ireland 2 or 3 weeks ago, and brought me back a bunch of Euro coins.

The medallions mean alot to all of us. I'm glad to hear that they mean alot to the family too. Thanks for the update.

Thanks Adam, for the coins you sent me. Smiley
I wasn't expecting that many Lincolns.

If any Aussies are in need of 2010 Lincolns, both P and D, let me know.

No problem  Smiley

I am debating whether or not the KOTCT should purchase a few of these medallions for future sale? I know without a doubt someone will want one in the future but don't know whether or not to tie up our funds? Any thoughts on this? For what it is worth I was thinking 4 to 6 medallions?

I think its probably a good idea.

Feel free to submit to any magazine you wish! Grin While I would agree it would be a great numismatic human interest story I don't know how the publications would feel. One thing is for certain there is NO group on the net like us! Wink

I have seen small articles on coin clubs issuing medals or wooden nickels before. I just don't know how to go about getting them to do that.

I have been trying to track all medallion orders received as I tend to worry a bit from time to time. My concern now is whether or not I should have shipped one medallion by registered mail as I have never sent this member anything before. I do hope it arrives safely as I am looking forward to seeing his reply.

I've sent him a couple packages regular mail that arrived safely.
