WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT NEW ORDERS FOR THE 2009 MEDALLION QUEST.

I have received a late order and payment which we are going to try and fill if the striking process has not started. I have emailed the Moonlight Mint in an effort to add a couple (2) of each medallion type which would cover this late order and provide a few extras for the KOTCT Store. Until I know for certain this can be done the order will be placed on hold at the bottom of the official order list. In the event the order or partial order cannot be filled we will refund the necessary funds to the member. Thanks to all of you for your efforts again this year.

ALSO Daniel Carr has advised the 63mm Medallions HAVE BEEN STRUCK! The Moonlight Mint is now turning it's attention to the 39mm Medallions so we are getting ever so close!!!

Done!  I haven't amended the total $'s or # of medallions regarding the Late order yet, as I'm not 100% certain what was ordered, or whether the order can be filled.

The late order has been confirmed by the Moonlight Mint. I have emailed, through the forum with Jeffrey's most recent order. The only problem we might encounter will be whether or not we get a proof silver and satin silver or two of one kind. The other medallions will not be a problem. Thank you Nevol for your continued efforts. It is almost over!!!

I picked up a cashier check today for $1,975 to forward to the Moonlight Mint for our 2009 Medallion Quest. With the earlier check of $1,100 plus the $4 fee for each check our total mailed out thus far is $3,083. If there are any other payments due for this quest they will be minor at this time. I will await Daniel's final word.
The 63mm Pewter Medallions (27) are complete. Daniel will start this week with the 39mm medallions. We are getting closer to wrapping this quest up and we can already call it a huge success. I will update our current balance after the 25th so we can see where we stand on the Memorial Medallion Quest. Thanks to all of you for doing that which such a small group cannot do!
At this time I am assuming I will be handling the shipment of these medallions to our members around the world so be prepared for an address request if I cannot locate yours in my pile of addresses. There will be costs for bubble mailers, boxes and postage yet to come but I intend to do all of this as economically as possible.

Humpybong will you be handling the Aussie shipment again this year? Just want to make certain as that time is drawing near?

To try & help Terry, I'll collect and collate all the mailing addresses etc, send one list to Terry for USA plus O'seas residents, with a separate list to Barry for the Aussies.

I already have a list of mailing addresses from doing the 2009 Secret Santa and the KOTCT 2nd Anniversary Secret Gift Exchange last October, plus some that I managed to source elsewhere.

While normally I would not be concerned or in a hurry but as we all know we have launched another quest which should also wrap up in April so we will be facing another pay-out within the next few weeks.
