This note arrived recently as part of a trade with Latman. Thanks Sean!  Smiley

There's an awful lot of coins out there still.

That sounds like something I would definitely be interested in, Sean.  What items would you like in trade for such a note?

Sorry for hi-jacking your thread Kurt. Nice note by the way  Smiley

If I may, I will send you a message tomorrow Miss Kitty. I am working on US moderns, straight from circulation are good. It is probably easier if I send you a list of what I have rather than what I need.

Hey Sean, I'd like one of those notes too, if you have anymore to spare. We can trade? Thanks.  Grin

If Sean cannot help you let me know, I have a few so I can trade.

Will be away for next 4 days, so let me know after then.

Knighthawk, I don't have any more in the presentation folder, but I do have some general release notes if you are interested. Same note, but doesn't have the release date on the other side.

That's o.k. Sean, I can get one from Miss Kitty anyway. Her and I do a lot of trading! Thanks.  Grin

I like the innovation and really unique look that this note, and many of the modern notes from Oz have.  Curiously though I have a somewhat decent collection of world notes, I have a Tenner from the 1950's and a $1 from ca. 1967 and they comprise my whole Oz collection.

I do like the QEII fivers, but I can never find anyone that has as many as I want for trade.

Nighthawk?  This will be my first Australian '88 ten dollar note!  I don't have any spares to trade.

Are you referring to Aussie $5 or £5?

Actually I would like to get four crisp uncirculated $5 notes sometime.

That shouldn't be too difficult.  I'll see what I can do & let you know.  I've got 3 fairly nice ones at present, but they've got very slight fold marks.  I should be able to source some 'crispies' from the Bank. Watch this space.  It'll be a couple days, Banks are shut for the weekend.
