Well it seems you MUST get the daughter(s) signed up for the KOTCT as they got some pretty darn big shoes to fill!!! And, seeing how they are your kids will they be able to sit on my side of the table where they would be safe?

Ouch! I was thinking once I'd caught up on the State quarters, I'd start on the American Eagles. Was going to settle for Unc set, but after seeing your pic, Dumanyu, I think I want proofs. Unfortunately, seeing as I'd be starting from scratch, don't like my chances though.

Or take the advice of this old bird and put the same money into the CLASSICS as, after all, they are not making them any more! You not only get the coins but the history to go with them.

Wonderful Proof Silver Eagle.  As another Friend, said, they are in AIR TIGHT capsules.   He is correct.  Hence slabbing will not be that much necessary.
The Proof Coins will also eventually, get toned according the admospheric conditions, where they are stored.
You make everyone surprised with wonderful coins.  Keept it up.
