When in Springfield a couple weeks ago I purchased the first three 2009 LC's, housed in attractive folders.

The folders don't list a company name, and I would like a complete set.

So, two questions.

Has the fourth cent been released yet?  And, any idea about how to go about buying the coins-in-folder set?

Thanks for any responces.

I think the fourth will be officially released soon. My parents got me the first 2 when they were in Springfield, Illinois earlier in the year. I too was wondering how to order those. Nancy posted a link in my LP2 giveaway topic.

I bought the Lincoln set and have the fourth cent - ordinarily I do not buy anything from the mint, but this is a pretty significant event in our nation's history and I wanted the set.  Curiously I ordered the day after it was available by the mint, and thought I had the chance of an ice cube in Hades of actually getting one.  Thankfully it came in the post last week, fortunately because I am leaving the country again for awhile.

I have the Coin and Chronicles set myself. But I don't think that what he's talking about. If its what I'm thinking of, it is 4 seperate 2 coin sets. One coin from each mint in a set, and a seperate set for each cent design. It comes in a unique folder that I haven't seen anywhere else besides the ones my parents brought me from Springfield, IL. I think they are pretty cool. Let me try to find some pics on the web...

... Here is a link from the online store that Nancy dug up for me:
http://www.enssc.com/Products.aspx?subcat=285
.
EDIT: That link won't take you straight to the set I'm talking about. So you have to type the item number which is 206898 in the field where it says search.
That is only for the Childhood one. I have it and the second one. Hopefully 3 and 4 show up on that site eventually.

AS EACH NEW PENNY WAS ISSUED --THE MINT MADE A SPECIAL EVENT OUT OF IT AND PICKED A DIFFERENT PLACE TO LAUNCH THE COIN--THE FOURTH COIN IS BEING LAUNCHED IN WASHINGTON D.C. WHERE LINCOLN SERVED A PRESIDENT--I BELIEVE THAT EACH PLACE OFFERED THE COIN IN A SPECIAL FOLDER--NOT SURE IF THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT BUT THIS ISN'T THE LINCOLN CHRONICLES SET
